The Armenian airline Fly Arna starts operating on the Yerevan-Tbilisi-Yerevan air route. As TAV Georgia, the operating company of Tbilisi and Batumi international airports, told AviaNews, Fly Arna will start flights to Tbilisi from October 30, with 3 frequencies per week. Flights will be made every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
It should be noted that the airline is a joint project of the Armenian National Interest Fund (ANIF) and Air Arabia Group. The name of the airline was selected based on more than 500 proposals received as a result of the competition announced by the board of directors of the joint venture in July 2021. The word “Arna” comes from the name Armenian National Airlines.
Fly Arna is a low-cost passenger airline based at Yerevan Zvartnots International Airport (EVN).
